Welcome to AniFlow AI, an AI animation generator service operated by animify.app. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

AniFlow AI provides AI-powered anime and animation-style image generation. Our service includes:

  • Text-to-Image Generation: Create anime images from text descriptions
  • Image-to-Image Generation: Transform reference images into anime-style artwork
  • Multiple AI Models: Including Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana models
  • Various Output Resolutions: From 1K to 4K resolution options

Account Registration

To use AniFlow AI, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old
  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Credit System and Payments

  • AniFlow AI uses a credit-based system for image generation
  • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed per generation
  • Credit costs vary based on model, resolution, and generation type
  • All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except as required by law or described in our Refund Policy
  • Unused credits can be used within the validity period shown at purchase
  • Failed generations caused by service-side technical issues are automatically credited back to your account balance

Acceptable Use

When using AniFlow AI, you agree NOT to:

  • Generate any prohibited content as defined below
  • Create content that infringes on others' copyrights or trademarks
  • Generate realistic images of real people without consent
  • Use the service for spam, fraud, or deceptive purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI models
  • Share your account with others or resell access
  • Overload our systems with automated bulk requests

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Prohibited Content

AniFlow AI strictly prohibits the generation, upload, or distribution of the following content. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Sexual and Adult Content

You may NOT use AniFlow AI to create, upload, or process:

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit images: Any depiction of sexual acts, genitalia, or sexual penetration
  • Nudity: Full or partial nudity, including exposed breasts, buttocks, or genitals
  • Sexual suggestive content: Images designed to sexually arouse, including provocative poses, sexual innuendo, or erotic imagery

Child Safety

The following is absolutely prohibited:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexual or suggestive content involving minors
  • Sexualized depictions of minors: Including anime-style characters that appear to be minors in sexual or suggestive situations
  • Age-inappropriate content involving children: Any content that exploits or endangers minors

Other Prohibited Content

You may NOT generate or upload:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: "Deepfakes" or any sexual imagery of real people without their consent
  • Violent or gore content: Graphic violence, torture, mutilation, or extreme bodily harm
  • Hate speech or discrimination: Content promoting hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Illegal activities: Content promoting drug use, terrorism, human trafficking, or other criminal activities

Enforcement

  • We employ automated content moderation and human review
  • Accounts generating prohibited content will be permanently banned without warning
  • No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations

Generated Content

Ownership

  • You retain rights to the images you generate using AniFlow AI
  • You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes
  • Generated images are available for download immediately after generation; images will automatically expire after 24 hours and will no longer be accessible
  • We do not use generated images to train our AI models without your explicit consent
  • AniFlow AI may use anonymized generation metadata, such as prompts, model settings, task status, and feature usage, to improve safety, quality, and product functionality

Limitations

  • Generated images may not be used to train competing AI models
  • We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or free from similarity to existing works
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

Intellectual Property

  • The AniFlow AI service, including our interface, and brand, is our property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or technology
  • User-generated content remains the property of the respective users

Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

Disclaimer of Warranties

AniFlow AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous, error-free operation
  • Specific results or quality of generated images
  • That generated content meets your specific requirements
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AniFlow AI shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Content generated using our service
  • Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify AniFlow AI against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the service
  • Content you generate or share
  • Violation of these terms
  • Infringement of third-party rights

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these terms of service
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay for purchased credits

You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or service announcement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
